Open Morning


Welcome to Open Morning, which runs between 9.30am-1.30pm every Friday.

Along with being a coffee morning where members can socialise and meet up with friends, Open Morning runs activities such as weekly gym sessions, monthly holistic treatments and skills workshops.  

Gym sessions are open to all, no matter what your fitness level or experience. Our gym instructor and members will help you get started, in your own time and at your own pace.

Isolation and loneliness often effects people experiencing mental health issues. Open Morning is a place to come to make new friends and catch up with old ones.

A variety of complementary treatments that help relieve stress and tension, are available monthly from our holistic therapist. 

So, whether you want to come socialise or participate in our activities, doors are always open.
