Update on 10 December 2020

Due to Govt. guidelines on Covid19 our Centre continues to be closed.

All Zoom sessions will continue as usual with our last Zoom session on Friday 18 Dec.

We’ll resume Zoom sessions on Tuesday 5th January 2021

We will be holding a CHRISTMAS PARTY on Zoom on Wednesday 23 Dec at 12:00 to 13:30pm.  We’ll have drinks and mince pies (which we sadly can’t share with you!) but please join us with your own drinks and mince pies!

The login details for the Zoom party will be on FB messenger – call us if you need help finding the details.

Stay safe and well!  It’ll soon be Christmas and then a bright 2021!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR FROM US ALL!

Hello everyone!

We know Covid19 has made our lives very difficult for the past few months, but right through lockdown we’ve continued to support our members via phone calls and zoom sessions.

We’re delighted to say that as of Mon 21st Sept we have a temporary timetable for sessions at BowHaven and we will also continue to run some Zoom sessions.  See full details below.

We will provide updates on this page regularly and continue to follow Government guidelines.

We look forward to seeing some members from next week.

Do please stay safe and well.

Please note:

You must ring Kerryann to book a place if you wish to attend any session ( 1 -7 above).

Only 5 members are allowed to attend each session, due to Covid19 restrictions.

Do not attend if you have a temperature, cough or feel unwell, even if you have a booked place. Please ring Kerryann to let us know if you cannot attend.

If you do not attend and do not let us know, your place will be given to another member.

Please help us to help you and follow our guidelines above.  We will keep our website updated regularly so please check it for up-to-date information.

Trustee vacancies (Voluntary)

Closing date: Friday 16 October Oct 2020

Our mission is to promote and protect the health, confidence and well-being of people with mental health issues.  This is achieved through the provision of co-produced support, education and self-help activities in a safe and friendly environment.

We are recruiting for new Trustees to join our Board and are particularly interested in people that have skills and experience in any of the following areas:  funding (especially trusts & corporates), legal, social media and mental health.  A good understanding and awareness of the challenges of mental health provision and the local area would be beneficial.
